Fantastic hotel. Great people working there. Water tasted funny was the only negative. Would absolutely stay again but would bring bottled water.
The breakfast buffet was restaurant quality equivalent, which was refreshing in comparison to some of the recent hotel "quality" breakfast false promises we received.
So thankful for the great service that Yve (Eve? Not sure on spelling) My family and I were traveling back to Austin from Phoenix and needed a two bedroom suite to fit comfortably. We could not find any available through their online site, so I called and it turned out that they did have a vacant suite, but due to a computer glitch showing it was booked, they were unable to book it. She went above and beyond by taking down my cell number, fixing the computer glitch and calling me back to let me know that they were able to book the room for me and my family and looked forward to seeing me soon. I manage in the service industry and have a lot of experience at various hotels for work and personal travel. This exceptional service sets this location far above any competition.
This is the best hotel in Roswell! The breakfast is hot and not your typical "hot breakfast" you would get at other hotels. They have a popcorn machine AND soda machine (mountain dew, pepsi, etc.) free for the guest 24/7! They also offer snacks every day from 03:00PM until they run out (and its usually a lot so there is more than enough for all guests). The wifi is fast and the hotel itself is practically new (I believe they opened a couple of years ago). They have a gas bbq grill for guests to use (with an outdoor sink). The rooms are very spacious, VERY clean, and comfortable! This is the only hotel I would stay at for a great time!

The room was nice and I have enjoyed the stay. When we arrived the elevator was not working but the nice gal at the front desk was able to accommodate us in a first floor room and I noticed the elevator was fixed shortly thereafter. Breakfast is good and my little boy loves the pool.
The only downfall was the loud and disrespectful family yelling profanity in the breakfast area. Management should not allow this when they are seen acknowledging hearing it.
In addition, the suite was clean, pleasant, comfortable and made my family feel as close to home as possible. We finally got a good nights rest:)
