This place is terrible. When we entered the room the pillow cases had yellow stains on them. The furniture is dirty and nasty, and there were little flying insects all over. We turned right around and left. We would not spend the night there and they refused to refund our money. If I could give them zero stars I would. please for your safety go somewhere else.
It's a very basic hotel conveniently located on the main road of Roswell. Restaurants are within walking distance. Room is large but there is no table. No hair dryer. Swimming pool is under maintenance. Breakfast is very basic, with toast, waffle, muffins, cereals, coffee, milk & juice. Good for those who just need a night stay & not very particular about quality.
We stayed there. The bed was amazing the staff was very accommodating. The motel is slowly being upgraded. The room was clean and nice. I would recommend this motel. They had installed ceramic flooring in the vanity area and bathroom and the whole room had been upgraded.
If I could give no stars I would. Dishonest business, charged $20 more than advertised. Bedspreads had stains. Throw pillows had white crusty marks as did bedspreads, room was advertised as hard flooring but upon check in had nasty stained carpet. Room had odor. Heater didn't work properly, bath tub won't fill, room had damages when I arrived, holes in wall with toilet over shoved in, etc. I didn't sleep in the bedding, brought my sleeping bags in and slept on top of the bedspread. Wouldn't have been so bad if the price was as advertised, but these owners are unethical clearly. I will be reporting to Expedia and Better Business Bureau. Don't stay here unless you have a very good immune system.
I thought long and hard about writing this review. I didn't want to be so negative, but I feel like people need to know. Would I recommend staying here, most likely not. While the rooms are big and they did have a clean microwave and full size refrigerator/freezer, it really sucked. It had an odd smell. The water smelled as well. The shower pressure was almost non existent. It claimed to have a pool view, ha, what a joke. The pool wasn't even usable. It was half drained and disgusting. The duvet/comforter was full of cigarette burns. The carpet was gross. I never felt comfortable going barefoot in the room. They were supposed to offer breakfast, but when we went, they didn't have milk, barely any cereal and 3 pieces of fruit that who knows how old they were. They offered sodas and popcorn in the evenings, never saw said drinks. If you are traveling alone and are only looking for a place to lay your head, then you found it. Don't stay here if you are expecting to do things with your kids and care about water pressure. Sorry, bit I was more than disappointed.
