This is an older Inn with large clean rooms. I have stayed here several times over the last few years and always found the rooms clean. It is older so don't expect brand new up to date fixtures. It is more than adequate for a night or several days. Good restaurants are not far away. It has a Continental breakfast wifi TV refrigerator and microwave. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I would rather stay here for a lot less money than one of the chain motels.
The man upfront was nice however took about 10 minites for him to come to the counter after we rang the buzzer. Washing area very run down, spiders in the room and the pool wasn't operational. Wouldn't of been so bad if we didn't have the kids with us. We left before breakfast since the fruit was mostly old and bruised.
Good room for the price. Nice courtyard and the beds are really soft and comfortable.
The rooms had a very strong smell of Lysol. The TV did not work at all. The toilet would not flush completely without dumping an extra gallon of water straight into the bowl. We were here for a Balloon Rally so the room was part of signing up to participate, we would have preferred a much better room at an updated Hotel.
From the moment Mr. Manny greeted us to breakfast next day and conversation with him and other guest. A great experience in Roswell. They keep the place, it's garden the pool area and rooms clean and beautifully kept. Also well stocked. I definitely recommend you stay with them on your next visit to Roswell NM
