Nice comfortable beds nice size rooms floor feels weird to walk on in the rooms.The spa needs to be clean on the tile has green stuff on it. The breakfast is good .
Terrible service and no fulfillment on their satisfaction guarantee. Booked a government rate for a conference that occurs the same time each year and have stayed at this property year over year prior. This year, however, forgot the ID badge to prove to the front desk staff on the government rate, and they insisted they would not work with us on giving the rate. Atcity, the front desk person being a total jerk, raised the rate and became unwilling to do anything else in the matter. She also ended up pulling the booking out of the Hilton Honors program so we would not get the points and had no access any longer to the booking online. Upon additional attempts to speak with Atcity and a manager by phone, Atcity transferred us to the sales office, hung up, and did not provide the name of her manager such that we could get it before she hung up the call a third time. We learned no manager was on the property from Friday to Monday--until after our entire stay happened, so as far as the property was concerned, they had no way to work with us or leave us with satisfaction. We contacted Hilton Honors, as members, and being familiar with the 100% satisfaction guarantee, asked for help in working with the Hotel. They said they could establish a complaint with the hotel, but the hotel would not be able to make any resolution on the matter for 72 hours. After requesting a way to have resolution today, they transferred the call to Corporate Guest Assistance. Brittany essentially said there was nothing they could do and generated that their policy was more important to the company than being repeat guests at the same property year over year with the same government rate and being actual government employee then as well as now that is verifiable another way than having the ID in hand. For this property's lack of effective management and rude front desk staff, and for Hilton's failure to value the relationship guests have with them and their failure to fulfill on their own promise of 100% satisfaction, we are recommending guests stay at a property that is not a Hilton property and certainly not to stay at this property unless they want to contribute to Hilton's profits and, when breakdowns occur, expect to be left with frustration, disappointment, disgust, and a wish that people would step up as human beings and be hospitable when that is supposedly the business they are in.
Very clean facility. Our king bed was quite comfortable and our room was very spacious. Will definitely be back.

Amazing value! The quality of the suite was top notch at a very affordable price. Great office amenities in the room. The breakfast buffet had a great variety selection as well. Stay if you have a chance.
