Don’t return cars here after hours if you can swing it! I called before my rental stating that I had to return it after hours but before the car was needed back. I was told I wouldn’t be charged by the lady at the desk because I was well within my rental agreement timeline. Here I am two weeks later and I’ve been charged double and customer service will only refund me 45 dollars out of the 221extra they charged me. If you are returning save all proof that you did it when you did or the incompetent people doing the car intake will put the date they received it rather than what you actually wrote down. F you budget!!!!!

I had made the reservations, the young lady behind the counter was professional and polite. When I happened to mention that I had AAA she asked if I would like that discount as well. Check in was a breeze as well, enjoyed working with everyone involved! Thanks!
