The two ladies that work in this place were awesome and full of information. They both had great attitudes and welcoming personalities. It was our first time there in Rod and we were on very limited time but they made it definitely worth a return trip when we have the time.
Went by 10:45 Thursday. They're supposed to be open at that time, but does all locked. And, yes, I went to the North Entrance.
Very friendly and had all the brochures we needed and very informative
The lady working was very helpful and enthusiastic.
I am not giving this place a one star because of the quality of the staff or the cleanliness of the place but rather I am giving it a one star because the place is huge for just having a little corner with brochures. Roswell is not a huge town and yet they built this huge building for information on the town. The ladies there were friendly and knowledgeable on their town but there just simply isn't much to do around there according to them. I think that this visitor bureau would be much better off if it was in a smaller building highlighting the best features in the town rather than having a community size room for just a little corner of brochures. What I did think was cute was that they had a little photo display available for visitors to take a picture. But, I wouldn't waste your time coming here unless you really want information about the town.
