Phillip goes out of his way to order anything you need, that he doesn't stock already. Nice selection of pipes, lots of vape stuff, lots of hookah gear and most-anything you want in tobacco - again, if he doesn't have it, he'll order it. Great service, great attitude, and his way of keeping your account file means you can place special orders confidently.
Have been coming to Phillys for years!! Loved that he has moved locations, bigger selection, always friendly!! Prices are a little high, but I would rather pay the price than go down the street and get horrible service!!
