Driver said delivered I was home all day never received packages. I called and Rebecca didn't seem to understand why it said it was delivered and I didn't have. I received one of three packages. Thanks for Amazon to have great customer service unlike FedEx...no offer of anything..
Quick and good customer service
Package sat there since Saturday. Roswell wasn't available to answer the phone for the corporate office agents. After multiple attempts to reach Roswell and 10 minutes, Becky answered the phone and then denied everything that happened, and threatened me with additional shipping charges and refused to transfer to supervisor.
