Great place !
Poorly organized. No photography allowed but some local guides can break those boundaries. Honestly I wouldn't recommend it, but it's still a nice store.
Wonderful and most awesome store we have been in. They do not have anything comparable in the Denver area. Best variety and prices we have seen in this type of establishment! Staff friendly and helpful!
The staff at Imagine that are always ready and available to help. I called with a need for envelopes for a mailing this week and they promptly pulled three different sizes from their stock and gave me pricing for each along with description of the colors. I was able to make a short trip to the store and do what could have taken 20 minutes in 3! This is one great store that is a huge asset to our community! Thank you This and That!
I walked in and the place was poorly organized. The young lady that was helping me find the paper I was looking for had such a whiny and snippy attitude that it made me feel like I was imposing on her. The paper I was looking for was only in Speciality Kits exclusively made by them. They would not sell me anything I was looking for separate from the kits. The lady kept repeating herself when I asked for specific items, which made me feel like an imbecile. I had to tell her she did not have to keep repeating herself to me. I've been Scrapbooking for 10 years I understand. This was on a Friday afternoon and you would "THINK" that she or whomever in charge would have New Mexico Paper, Embellishments etc... in stock apart from the kits (which contained 3-4 pieces of paper and maybe 2 embellishments) for $15. There were no clearly marked prices on the paper anywhere and when I did decide to ask a price (which was only 3 times) it was always .79-$1.99 nothing clear and concise. I did have 2 items in my hand (a cutout Alien head and Saucer Ship). I ended up putting those two items back and walking out of the store. My husband on the other hand bought a magnet. If it had been up to me I would have put the magnet back as well. I don't care that the store has been there 12years and they are the largest in the US, it doesn't amount to a hill of beans if you don't have or deliver what customers want. I'm done with them and don't recommend for anyone to shop there.
