Before my son was born I had never had so many issues with WIC. Now it's problem after problem. There's is always some type of misunderstanding, they all have something different to say. There's has been 3 workers who have helped me always and I appreciate their time and efforts, they are Rita, Paula, and Renee. The rest have rude attitudes and don't explain anything and lack empathy. It's especially frustrating when they can't understand re he situation your little one is going through.
Well, previously I had a great experience but recently I went there and there was a very very rude lady who lost my paper work and my Wic office had to fax the paper which it had not happened if this lady hadn't lost my paper in the first place.
