Worst place ever. I moved from another state a month ago and I've been to that place over 10 times and still not able to get my new I.D. nor the plates for my car. A couple times I was told I had the correct papers and to have a seat and the next person that call me said those did not work. I was there today for about 3 hours and more that 50 people were seen during that time and only one walked out with what he went for. So if you areplanning on going to this place be prepare to waste your time.

The ladies were kind. Never had a problem. Just go online and gather everything you need before you go there because they will send you back for it.

Rude is an understatement! Condensating and just nasty more like it! Beware! Moving here from another state.. its like a plague to the employees here! They want absolutely nothing to do with you, they hardly look in your direction, and in no way will they help you figure out why the 15 documents proving my new current NM address isnt enough to even get a simple ID! When attempting to get a NM ID the lady was not informative. It was like pulling teeth to get information from her about just what I needed paperwork wise to get an ID. Be prepared for rejection! Even when you have all the correct forms and paperwork it still wont be enough. Almost seems like the employees have some inside joke amoungst themselves..Who can reject the most people in a day! I really wanted to end the conversation I was having with this lady as fast as possible and in doing so I misplaced my cell phone. I walked back inside to see if I left it on the counter.. I walked into several of the ladies surrounding the lady that just 'helped' (but really belittled) me all talking mad craziness about me. Straight rude on all sorts of levels! The place really needs a PR check!! Should mention the overall condition of the building and the parking lot is total dump! Flies and trash every where! Constantly having to swat at flies to keep them from landing on your face and body! Just gross on all sorts of levels! No business hours posted! what a joke! Just so you know they close at 4pm not 5pm like the rest of the United States..I might just drive to the next town over just so I do not have to put myself in a situation like that again! I had to put on the Christian music station on my way home just to calm down I was so upset!
This place is terrible. Don't bother trying to call, it just rings and rings until it disconnects. They have no clue about anything that happens outside of their building and they appear to not care to find answers elsewhere. I swear that it's the same people that have worked there for at least the last 2 decades and nothing seems to get better. Active duty military be prepared to have to issues renewing a license, without the proper proof of residency they will do nothing for you. Pretty sure passports and government IDs prove legality of citizenship and a tax document with NM employee number proves state citizenship!!
