Again, more than a week and still no call so I stopped by and it turns out that my watch was already sent back by the repairer don't know since when but without any estimates for whatever reasons! No apologies or anything like that for all the inconveniences I suffered! I asked for the battery replacement and told $10!
If your in Roswell and want to turn any gold in for cash come here first. Even if the store front doesnt look like its open (and im pretty sure the hours posted online are incorrect) it is. Would definitely recommend
I went to this place for the first time to replace the crystal and battery for my watch. Lady took my watch and told me that they have to send it to someone else for crystal replacement estimate. Didn't say how long and and how would I know, so I asked her about it and was told that some time later that week I will be getting a call.
While I do understand unfortunate situations but how about a call with updates to the customer? It is really not that hard, isn't it? I was told to wait another week or so for estimate.
I have had enough at this point so I just left with my watch only to never return again or recommend this place!

A load of lies, went today at 5:30, they were god damn closed. The site says they close at 7PM, when they really close at 5:30PM weekdays and 4:30PM on weekends.

I was able to order 10 batteries off of ebay for just $2 and replaced it by myself.
