As an employee - Be ready to be USED and ABUSED. PAYCHECKS bounce CONSTANTLY. Also - NO healthcare even if you are FULL TIME. They give some speech about helping you use NMHealthSolutions but they will never pay for your health care because the CEO DOES NOT care about anyone but her greedy, greedy self. People traveling from Las Cruces or "Corporate" have to pay for their own hotels! All and all, be ready to be used and abused. She will not pay you what you are worth, degree or no degree. She will not give you health insurance, because frankly this woman lives in her own world and does not give a damn about her staff other then using them. There is no 401k, so don't plan on retiring from this petty company either.
As a former employee, I can tell you patient confidential information is NOT secure at EPOCH. Movers are let in to move crates and crates of your patient charts while UNSUPERVISED and let to roam around the offices freely. Did you authorize random movers to read your entire medical history? I think not... Also, at the end of every night staff put all daily charts on the front counter while continuing to check last patients out. Your name, DOB, SOCIAL, everything is visible to ANYONE who looks.
E) If she has you travel be ready to pay your own gas/hotel and get reimbursed 2-3 weeks later.
F) Beware of her "As soon as we get more money in, we will show appreciation for performance" lie, she will drive you into the ground and give you a 10 cent raise after working there for three years.

G) Owner is a bi-polar, greedy, USER. She often emotionally blows up on staff, YELLING, and more importantly CURSING at you. If there were no laws this woman would use slavery to get the job done.
