House of Flowers is terrible! My mom use to take care of the owners son and he was her patient and they have always been good to us and given us discounts and what not but all of a sudden because one of there co workers they hired talked bad about me and my family mor someone did and they started treating us terrible and gave awful customer service and where rude to my sisters kids! Acted like they where little monsters. Also every single thing I wanted for my wedding they said no, we can't do that, no those won't look good, they even told me the wrong type of flower, so it wouldn't have been anything like I was imagining! Not to mention the price they quoted me was ridiculous for all the cheap ass flowers I could only get really where carnations and calla lilly's. Also why on earth would my bridesmaids bouquet's cost way more than mine? Oh hell no! They burned there bridges with my family ever doing business with again! Also they better be careful how they treat people because my mother is a very respected person in this town and knows a lot of ppl so they could loose a lot of business! Point blank I'm pissed and I hope ppl that read this review will think twice before going to them! Go to Barringer's!!!! They know what they are doing and give exceptional customer service!!!!
I recently called the House of Flowers and ordered flowers for funeral services for my sister-in-laws mother. I wanted them to be special for her and I had a rather long note to go with the flowers. The owner of the flower shop, Janet, helped me out immensely. She took the time I needed to get the words right and recommend which flowers to put in the arrangement. My brother and his wife sent me a picture of the arrangement and they are absolutely beautiful. I typically go on line and order them, and they never look like I expect, and they always look a little smaller than advertised. But these were better than I expected. Thank you ladies for your help and for making such a beautiful arrangement. I highly recommend House of Flowers in Roswell NM.
