Amazing Florist!!
BAD EXPERIENCE Ordered flowers online. What was delivered was not even close. Completely different colors and a lot smaller. I could have gotten nicer flowers at Sams Club..
Ordered through FTD. Checked on the order through FTD, the order was refused because they didn't have everything in stock. They didn't even bother to try to get a hold of me to check on substitutions.
When I called the shop to check on the order they told me they refused it. The staff then suggested that I should deal with my "local florist" because they can guarantee that everything is in stock. If you don't want to be an FTD florist don't be one! Don't suggest a customer (from a different town) use the local florist instead of the FTD because YOU ARE FTD in the customer's eyes.
