Receptionists on the phone were not friendly and impatience, they kept passing the phone around, sounded like they were not willing to help. It made me feel like I was begging for their mercies to have an appointment there.

I recieved care from Janet Hardt and Dr. North for a recent miscarrige. They were professional and kind throughout the process. Additionally, I was impressed by the receptionists, nurses and lab staff. Everyone went out of their way to make me feel special. I would recommend this facility to anyone. The extra hour I drive from Carlsbad is well worth it.
