I was nervous because if the reviews honestly but Dr. Hobbs took my 11 year olds tonsils and adenoids out. He isn't a rude Dr. he is very soft spoken and he is highly intelligent. He maybe comes off differently to some people but he is kind. His staff was nice to us. They are not overly warm by any means they do their job and do it well.
The staff was direct and to the point, which I like. They were not overly friendly(not at all rude) but I am not looking for someone to smile at me the right way when I come in. I want someone to do their job well, and they do. I had to call and reschedule multiple appointments because of changes in my schedule, they were very accommodating and sent doctors notes for work the minute they were asked. As for Dr. Hobbs I went in with a sinus issue he offered 2 different routes of treatment. After the first option did not work I opted for surgery. Surgery went well and would recommend his office to anyone. Seems to me from the other reviews that people are a little to sensitive.
I highly recommend Dr. Hobbs. He is concise and to the point! His staff is highly professional and friendly. Great experience and got the problem solved. Thank You Dr. Hobbs, Nurses, and office staff.

Awful experience. Front desk personnel utterly unprofessional and rude. Drove 2 hours with a toddler to this appointment just to find out they randomly postponed it by several hours that day, without notifying us whatsoever. Then even blatantly lied to my face they SPOKE to me and that I had confirmed the appointment. Absolutely ridiculous! Aside of that, the both females were speaking to me and my husband in a condescending and disrespectful way. Most likely due to skin color.
Anybody know what bedside manner is? Because Dr. Hobbs is clueless! I drove two hours to see this man in hopes of getting a diagnosis for my child. I was given his "personal" opinion numerous times and had to specifically ask for his "professional" opinion. Seems he just wants to conduct surgeries whether they are necessary or not without alternative treatment. Very money driven. Also, in the middle of our appointment he walked out! Like, he ended the visit without saying so. Very rude, considering I drove two hours with a toddler!!! I asked his staff if that visit was normal and they sorta just shrugged their shoulders and looked the other way like saying "yes" without saying yes. I know we will not be going back there. So, I suggest that unless you want/need a surgery - this guy is not for you. Sorry, not sorry.
