Did the oil and filter job quickly and there is a $19 coupon on line.
I took my car into this facility and it ended up being a HUGE mistake. I took my car in for an oil change at about 430 pm, by the next day when I went to drive my car (heading to a vacation) I realized that the employees at this jiffy lube did not tighten the drain plug properly and most the oil spilled out onto my drive way. Jiffy lube was closed for the next day and I had to leave immediately to my planned vacation. I ended up having to take my car to the local Walmart, where they fixed my problem, but not after I had to pay for more oil to be put in. This mistake from Jiffy Lube cost me about 9 hours of my vacation time, I was extremely frustrated. I recommend to NEVER go there. Instead go to either the Pennzoil location on south main or to Walmart. The manager was suppose to reimburse me for the oil change (which was overpriced) but has yet to do so. I guess he is not interested in resolving this issue. I am planning on calling him again soon, to find out what the deal is.. DO NOT GO HERE!!!
half-baked exuses on why it was just bad luck or My fault. Plus the manager refused to inspect my vehicle. Appalling service from cheapskates who are refusing to accept any responsibility and do not care about their customers.

Appauling experience. Got a tire rotation there and they left a lugnut off, left a tire underinflated and didnt tell me. And on top of that, they left my front driver side tire loose. And on the highway the next day, the loose tire caused a violent wobble that shook most of the right side of my vehicle and caused a blowout, which dealt serious damage to the driver side of my vehicle. When i questioned the manager that was on duty when i had my car worked on, he ignored and dismissed any possibility that they were at fault and only gave me
