They upsell and I lost my hub cap to my truck because they did not properly put it back on right

Didn't have the tires I wanted, they could order them but they were more expensive than Sam's Club and Sam's had them in stock. If all you want is a cooper tire this is the place for you.
I do not recommend this place. I walk in and asked for help to give me an estimate for a new rim. They stated to have a seat and they would be with me shortly. As I waited there for 30 minutes and watch people come in and get helped and they leave and more and more people continue in and out. No one ever acknowledged my presence. If your not dressed properly or look like you have money, you won't get helped here. Poor service. Don't go here. Wise people say " you get what you pay for" . Your better off going downtown to the local guys and just pay a bit more but better service.
