They were very quick and extremely helpful! We were stranded here from out of town, and instead of taking advantage of our situation, they came up with an affordable fix for us. They test drive our van with us before and after the repair, brought us out to show all the parts they were working on and explained how and why they were fixing them. I even heard the guy talk another customer out of an expensive repair in favor of a cheaper fix, even though the customer was willing to pay the higher price. They are honest, fair, quick and qualified here!
My Son got stranded in Roswell on Thursday, and called me to get online for Auto repair shops there.. After 1 1/2 hours and many calls later with no help.. He called Express Auto Care and his car was in their shop within 5 minutes and back on the road within 45 minutes!!! It was a bad fuel pump and this place was amazing... Also $200 cheaper then our local mechanic (Yes we checked) They could have Taken him for the what he was worth because he was pretty desperate at the time, but they didn't! I would highly recommend if you ever have car trouble in Roswell! TY Express Auto Care for taking care of my son!!!
