Been here 2 or 3 times. Always a hassle to get something as simple as an oil change done. 90 minute wait time for an oil change? Also if plan on taking time off work because their hours aren’t so great. Glad I took off work in order to get an oil change that didn’t end up happening due to another appointment. I guess just make an appointment and plan on taking the whole day off if you come here folks.
Had an issue at first but got a call from the main manager and he took care of my problem I appreciate it. Thank you very much
Excellent and excellent experience with Mr.Jim Collins, the service manager. He is a compassionate guy and treats customers like royalty. The best experience I have ever had in my life in any auto dealership period. I wish Roswell Toyota and Mr.Jim Collins all the success, which they clearly deserve!!
