Took my Ford in for warranty work on a Thursday. They called and said they needed more time and wanted to know if they could keep it over night so they could work, on the truck, on Friday as well. I said sure... but they ended up keeping the truck the entire weekend without letting me know. I had to borrow a car to go out of town.
We were looking for a pickup for my dad he's bought quite a few Vehicles there so I wanted to stop by we were in Roswell the sales person was very knowledgeable and on top of the products the dealership was well stocked and there was no pressure it was a nice visit
If that's not enough... I get there to pick up my truck and they said I had a bill. I said I brought it in for warranty work and I shouldn't have a bill...THEY WENT ON TO TELL ME THAT THE PROBLEMS WEREN'T COVERED BY THE WARRANTY AFTER THEY FIXED/CHARGED EVERYTHING.
A couple months ago we were on a cross country trip and had a problem with our F150. Bart, the service manager there, was able to get us in even tho they were extremely busy at the time. My husband and i are forever grateful for the excellent service and friendly staff. We made it home and the truck is still going strong! Thank you, Bart and mechanics at Roswell Ford!! The worst dealership in Roswell, dishonest, you will be ripped off if you buy anything from them. Ford should revolk the franchise rights from the owner as he makes Ford look bad. I own Ford's however will go out of town to buy them.
As a car dealer, Roswell Ford excels. I like their salespeople and the GM, who have always treated me with respect and made the deal as transparent. If you get your oil changed, you get a free car wash. All around nice folks, small family-owned dealership, not some huge autoplex where customers are marks to be forgotten after the sale. Low pressure environment, personable staff, and a nice selection of F150 extended cab trucks.
If it's not covered, FINE. but at least call and let people know that the problems aren't covered by warranty when you specifically tell them that "it's under warranty" when you drop it off.
