I called to rent the pool out, but the service was absolutely horrible the person was extremely rude to me, and didnt give me any info at all and hung up on me!!
Sadly the only hire family here.
I went to school there for two years they always give you the runaround I finally was able to pay off my school bill and needed them to send an official transcript to BYU Idaho and they told me they sent it and it never was sent And to top it all off their customer service sucks they're always rude and then if you have questions or concerns they always just keep transferring you to random people and then they eventually hang up on you or they'll tell you all we have no information about your account or the list goes on I'm not very happy with theme
I'm trying to get into classes there and nobody has answers. I have left three different voicemails with people and nobody calls back. The girl that answered the phone was so like you want to enroll...no i was looking for the weather update!! Worst people ever
I live out of state and took online classes through here. Enmu-r has the worst constumer service I have ever experienced, out of any company or school. I have been trying to receive my physical diploma for over a year now. I have completed all the classes and applied for graduation and was told I was good to go. Never received it to this day. My phone calls are never answered and I call almost every extension. If they answer you will receive the run around. No one knows what they are doing so they fwd you to someone else. You will do complete full circles with the people you talk to. I would suggest any college over this one.
