empty and kind sad. owners charge so much for rent and commission that most businesses close within a few years. There is more empty shops then anything else. I will say that ooy's and La Salsa are the only 2 restaurants in the mall and they are both really good.

Ooys house is amazing. The mall is not very great store wise but there is a restaurant in it that has THE BEST TOM YUM AROUND ♡
Could use more stores but rent seems to keep them away. Could be nicer place to shop and visit... great place to get haircuts, and some decent shopping done. Ooy's great food stop...
