I am quite satisfied with the variety of shoes they offer and the overall quality of their goods. Prices are tolerable as well. However I think there is much more to be done regarding the service. It is friendly but it does not seem professional enough to me. It may obviously be a leather shoe but for some of us the details behind this "leather" thing matter!
