I ordered 3 Carnitas tacos. I was given a sample because I think the woman helping us didn't realize that I knew what carnitas was and I was blown away by how good it was. Very flavorful, just the right amount of salt, great depth of flavor, and the pork flavor was the star. The hand made grilled corn tortillas the carnitas was served on were leaps and bounds above store bought. The red salsa was very flavorful and had just the right amount of heat and didn't over power the carnitas.
I loved this place its food is delicious their carnitas and barbacoa are the best and also their corn and flour tortillas definitely coming back
If you like real Mexican food, come here.
The service is always friendly, the Food has always tasted great, always fresh.
I have tried carnitas in several states as well as in Mexico and this place has the best, no questions. You can see the giant copper vat they cook it in from the counter, the way it should be.

Since I'm just passing through Roswell, I will greatly miss this little unassuming place with amazing carnitas. I hope this place never goes away.
This place is a true gem. It doesn't look like much on both the outside and the inside. The amount of run-down-ed-ness only adds to its authenticity. The proprietor of this restaurant speaks barely any English but it's extremely nice and patient for us gringos that don't speak Español.
