Visited with my grandson on 29 June. Disappointed. Spend the time to drive to the shop on Main Street. This one is run down, dirty, and the employees are lazy. Leadership needed. Girls behind the counter talking loudly amongst themselves while tables needed cleaning and the windows hadn't been washed in ages. No excuse for any of it.
Went through drive thru, girl at window asked what we ordered. Repeated our order, she took our $$ and then proceeded to ask what drinks we ordered, again. We told her again, then asked what Blizzard we wanted again, and we told her, Again. Hands blizzards out to us, mine, a Heath blizzard is literally running over the sides and has already soaked through the napkins. I gave it back, sheafe a new blizzard, not a Heath but a Reese's cups. Unbelievable!!!!!!
The worst Dairy Queen experience of my life. Which really sucks for me because I grew up on it in West Texas where DQ is done right. The fries had grease explode out of it. AVOID EATING HERE!!!
Normal dairy Queen fair, help too young or not experienced. Nice product if they get the order right. Floors and tables were clean which normally my biggest complaint about a ice cream shop.
It's consistent. I only order blizzards. They are always on point.
