If I could give a 0 I would. Worst place ever. Carl’s Jr. in Alamogordo is way better than this dump. Burgers are never fresh. They smash the meat and leave it dry as hell. Every time I ask the employees to make it fresh, they roll their eyes and give me a look like I’m stupid. Cook needs to learn how to cook properly and employees need to learn good customer service.
Food was gross. Kitchen was gross. Expired half and halfs on the beverage station. Out of mayonnaise. Employee was off the clock in personal clothes making her own food and leaving her purse on the cutting board. Other employees were touching their clothes and face with their gloves and then handling food. Trashcan was overflowing. Service wasn't great. Waited about 15-20 minutes for my food with no line.
Worst Carles Jr I have ever seen!!! Out of all chicken patties except spicy, out of bbq sauce, out of onion rings, out of ranch dressing, out of cups except large, out of ALL sodas! We just got a refund and left.
I love the food but we waited over fifteen minutes with two cars in front of us. Plus they were out of Coke when we got to the window.
Bun was hard and tasted to be a week old. Burger fell apart and was an untasty mess. I think they use furniture polish on the floor. Slip and slide. If you are a guy who needs to go to the restroom have fun trying to stay sanding as your feet slowly slide apart leaving you in the splits. Workers were nice.
