I can't say enough about Gen Outlander. I bought and sold my house with her. Keep in mind when I bought my house, I lived in another state and when I sold it, I lived in a different city. Gen has an outstanding work ethic and is extremely pleasant to work with. She is very organized and detailed. She goes above and beyond in ensuring that the needs of both the buyer and seller are taken care of. I HIGHLY recommend Gen to take care of your buying/selling needs.
I'm not really sure what Kim Perry's problem is but it certainly appears that she judges you on some unknown criteria to determine whether you are qualified for her time or not. She sends phone calls to voicemail and then texts generic responses. She was extremely unprofessional and possibly racist or classist. I was willing and able to purchase one of her listed properties but I'll find another listed by someone else. I will not give her any of my money and suggest you don't either. I'm not sure why a reputable company like this would choose someone like Kim to represent them. Loosing
