UPS Delivery drivers can't read or follow instructions, this location is pathetic.
They are good people that are not afraid to take a second and look for your package of you just give them a call. All you have to do is show them some respect and they will help you get it done.
Delivery guys 3yrs+ are great. Delivery guys 3yrs & less not so good. Spent a week scheduling and rescheduling a pick up. Experienced driver finally came. Had a package delivered finally had to pick it up. Called customer service several times-not once did the Roswell location call to remedy the issue. Packages were addressed correctly, address to property on the fence in plain sight. Each time we were told the address is incorrect.
My home was recently converted from commercial to residential, but the front still looks commercial, so understandably there was some confusion and my package was not delivered because the storefront was "closed". After receiving notification through the package tracking site I went to this UPS location and explained the problem just minutes before they closed and they were still willing to help me! The man that assisted me in the store called the driver and asked him to go back to my house. I left the store and the driver had actually beat me home! I got my package same day and explained the new living situation for future reference.
Drivers are usually good at delivering on time. If I have a big or heavy package delivery is early in the afternoon, but small packages don't deliver til around 8pm. A couple packages were delivered to wrong address, but not often.
I reported this location to corporate.
Awesome and friendly customer service! I was so shocked they were willing to help so late in the day. They could have easily said "try again tomorrow" THANK YOU GUYS!
