My son has had a great experience... The staff has been very friendly every time I’ve dealt with them and they’ve been over-the-top helpful
A lot changed. Used to be awesome to live and work there. Higher ups treat you like low level service workers no matter what though. Company doesn't care about this 'red headed step child' property at all. Check the ACC website and you'll see that this is the cheapest, most messed up, with least amenities. They're not great. , 0/10 would recommend.
Bad Customer Service, and people are rude there.
I had issues with my roommate while I was there and they knew she caused issues with everyone but instead wanted me to pay to move to a different dorm please rent for the one i was in and I didn't get all of my deposit back when everything was already cleaned. I don't recommend anyone being there
