Terrible company. Drivers and dispatchers both lie when asked about a delivery of mine that is already 2 weeks late. The dispatch lady is moody and will give you attitude when questioned.
The worst trucking company you could ever put your freight on. The trucks are poorly kept and look like they're on their last legs. The warehouse people clearly don't care about the freight and it's usually damaged at delivery. Heavy pallets get put on other pallets marked fragile regularly with the expected result of damage. I routinely find forklift damage and footprints on the most expensive freight. Whatever you do, don't use this company!

1 out of 10 shipments come undamaged. The drivers frequently show up without lift gates when lift gates are requested or the lift gates do not work. Frequently our shipments have forklift damage to the side of the freight. I would not recommend this company at all.
