Absolute worst experience with any insurance company ever. We wrote out a contract that was paid for a whole year at the end of the year I went in to renew my insurance, come to find out there was never any contract. An employer which was her family member niece/ daughter had completely botched the paperwork and they sent the check to the wrong address ! Ok no biggy!! Guess again, from there it took me almost 2 years to get back my money. And it wasant her, I had to call the other Allstate in town (god bless her) think her name was Kay or something finally got me square WOULD NEVER GO BACK NOIR RECOMMEND EVER
