From my experience this company has very shady business practices. Our home warranty sent our claim for a broken a.c. to them. The tech told us that we needed to clean the outside unit and it would start working again. We cleaned it. The a.c. was still not cooling the house. I contacted the warranty company to have the tech return. When he did he told me he said it was leaking all over and he was going to report to the warranty company that we needed a new unit (ours is 24 years old). He said it would be sometime the next week. I called back on Wednesday of the next week to check on progress. The receptionist was extremely rude and told me our unit was still dirty and the tech said nothing about a new unit to her. She precided to tell me that we could have them clean it but it would cost us out of pocket since the warranty doesn't cover it. I immediately called our warranty company got a new company to our house by that friday. As soon as he checked the Freon levels he found the leak and also said our unit was clean. It seems to me they were just trying to get me to pay for a cleaning before charging the warranty company to actually fix the problem.
I have used several plumbers in Roswell and this is the only company I have been unhappy with. I had a kitchen drain snaked by one plumber in July, 2010, and he charged $85. In June 2011, the same drain was clogged. This company sent two people, but they did not have the correct equipment. I was charged a $40 rental fee for a drain snake and the total bill was $298. I have never heard of any company charging $298 to snake a drain.
This company is awesome. Besides being cheaper than the others I called, they came right away and made sure the job was done right.
