I went there for 4 glasses for a table they took over a week to get them done, they didnt have them on the day they said it was gonna be ready so I had to go next day and when they finally gave them to me 2 of them didnt were the size I asked for and they said they were gonna be ready for next morning and I have stopped at the store 5 times already and noone shows theyre not ready so that means I'll have to wait til monday. Just time wasting
TERRIBLE customer service. We ordered a glass door months ago and despite the delay, we have been trying to get a set date of fulfillment and their response has been literally "We don't know, but so what, you wanted a good price right? You gotta wait." It's third world service for their so called first-world products. We are scared to cancel our order, because their money back procedure may be worse then their order fulfillment.
