Today, I went in to have my LG Tone replaced, under ATT Guarantee but I was just passed off the LG for replacement. Not even given a Phone number or Website info... Worthless Staff now
The only reason that this store gets "Excellent" rating from me is because of a sales representative named Sabrina. I had to go through a lot of hoops to get things done but was able to get it accomplished finally. If you need to get your things done "RIGHT" & "FAST", she's is the one to go! Ask for her when you walk in.
They are very welcoming!
2 years ago, my fiancé n I went in to absorb my Gma's bill into ours since it was easier and cheaper to pay her bill on our Family Plan.
Good staff.
It was a lengthy process but the staff and manager was understanding, helpful and friendly.
