Nice bank
First of all, they are not open on Saturdays which I do not like. I deposited a check today for almost $13000 from an attorneys office and they place a 5 day business hold on my check with NO available available funds to me. I can understand a 2-3 day hold but not 5 days. They treated me like I was a criminal trying to cash a fake check.. I will be switching banks. Disappointed and do not recommend.
Changed my free checking into not so free checking.. in the process of moving banking away from Washington Federal after 10 years terrible service
