I love this place! Everyone and I mean everyone is so nice and friendly. You will always find smiles here. The people here are also very empathetic, they care enough to help in anyway they can. I'm so sorry I can't say the same for AMERICAN AIRLINE EMPLOYEES @ THE LAX INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT, as for the employees at Dallas Fort Worth TX. they are very much appreciated for the helpfulness as I was in a wheelchair.
Small airport with poor quality service. Took over 60 minutes to claim bag when it was the only plane in the airport. The bathrooms were out of order, and no one wanted to help. This is by far the worst airport I have travel through. Additional staff is needed to provide minimal services to passangers. Standing for over an hour waiting on your luggage is insane, specially when the airport is that small and the plane is the only one in the airport.
Don't expect to eat if you're flying out on a Sunday. Still a neat little place to fly into.
This airport is a hidden gem! All the staff were super friendly the airport is clean and offers free parking and wifi. I was checked in and to the gate with in three minutes it's a small airport but I would come here over a huge busy long line airport any day! Your doing it right Roswell!
